You enter your own team of 2 to 6 runners but, if you don't have a team, you can enter as an individuals and we will assign you to one of our resident teams.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of URBAN RUN LIMITED's Website, located at www.stampederun.co.uk.

Conditions:

For all of our Events we have £10 million Public Liability Insurance.
The Events are organised by URBAN RUN LIMITED.
Each entrant accepts that the organisers of the event will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses which may arise as a consequence of their participation in this event.
Participants must only compete in the event if they are in good health and will only compete at their own risk.
Participants agree to have personal details about them stored on a database for entry processing purposes.
We regret that all entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but credit may be transferred towards a future event. There is a £5 administration charge to change/defer events or to change the name on an entry.
If the event is cancelled/postponed due to the weather or an issue with the venue an alternative date will be sought. The Event will then take place on that new date. If you are unable to attend the new date you may transfer your entry to another Stampederun event transfer to the same Event the following year if available or do a name change on your entry with no administration charge. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN DUE TO A POSTPONEMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
URBAN RUN LIMITED retain the right to refuse entry to anyone.
Participants should be capable of completing the full distance of the event. We will accept entries from those intending to walk the whole way. Some events are subject to cut off times.
Any discounts launched do not include events that are on Early Bird prices as they are already discounted.
There are minimum age requirements for each event. Running events will have a minimum age requirement of 15 on the day of the event.
On race day participants must follow all instructions given from event officials, stewards/marshals, police, fire, first-aiders or ambulance staff throughout the duration of the event.
Failure to follow any event rules may lead in disqualification and the removal from the official results.
URBAN RUN LIMITED reserves the right to change the event due the weather conditions.
Teams and team members that have entered may only take part anyone found running as somebody else will be excluded from the results and banned from future events with us.
The courses are generally unsuitable for prams, pushchairs & wheelchairs. Competitors are generally allowed to run with dogs unless the situation is unsuitable. We will then only accept entrants running with one dog on a harness and under full control.
Headphones are not to be worn under any circumstances.

Any photographs taken by us at an event are the Copywrite of URBAN RUN LIMITED Ltd and may be used for advertising purposes without consent. Any participants in photographs that are used are not eligible for a free event.
Prizes are subject to the number of people at an event. 1st, 2nd or 3rd overall and received a separate prize.
Entrants must agree to adhere to the Highway Code at all times when events take place in a built up area.
